JoJo Siwa is the undisputed queen of all things sparkly, but she took a break from her reign this week for an epic collab with James Charles. If you somehow haven't seen the vid or the viral before and after photos, prepare yourself. The Dance Moms alum (and former Girls' Life cover star!) looks like you've never seen her before.

With this look, JoJo could pass for a whole new person and we wouldn't do a double-take. But we're not the only ones who were wowed by James's makeup magic. Many fans took to Twitter and Instagram to talk about just how surprising JoJo's new look was.

Others were caught off guard by the news that Jojo's brand is a *billion-dollar* empire, something she revealed in the video while chatting with James.

Of course, it wouldn't be a true YouTube collab without JoJo making her own video to upload to her channel. The singer didn't disappoint, dropping a vid where she makes over James Charles in true JoJo style—complete with a fake ponytail.
