How would you punish a bully?
In January 2010, 15-year-old Phoebe Prince hanged herself because of the relentless bullying she experienced at the hands of her classmates.
Last week, five teens charged in the case accepted plea deals that more or less allow their charges of criminal harassment to be dropped after the successful completion of up to one year of probation and required about 100 community service hours.
