Bethany Mota and other YouTube stars will interview the President

If you're into politics, you probably know that President Barack Obama's State of the Union address was last night. What you might not know, though, is that tomorrow (1/22) President Obama is doing a few special interviews to talk a little more about his stances on certain issues – and that these special interviews are with some of your favorite YouTube celebrities.

That's right, ladies, Bethany Mota, GloZell Green and Hank Green are sitting down with the prez in just one day to talk about all sorts of important stuff. Lots of people are surprised by the choice to have YouTubers interviewing the POTUS instead of journalists from newspapers and magazines, but we think it's a super smart move. Bethany Mota, GloZell Green and Hank Green have a lot of younger fans whose concerns don't always get addressed as often. Having them be the ones to hold the interviews gives a voice to kids and teens (like you!) who aren't always heard.

In the video, Bethany, GloZell and Hank are preparing for their interviews, and they need your help. They're taking a bunch of questions from fans, so if you have something you want to ask the president about – whether its about education, immigration or even just his most played song on iTunes – make sure to tweet it using the hashtage #YouTubeAsksObama. Somtimes it seems like politics is just an adult thing, but it's totally not. You have a voice, too, so make sure you use it.

What questions do you want to ask the president? Do you think it's super smart or super weird that he's doing interviews with YouTube celebs? Let us know in the comments.
