Sleep to Stay Healthy!

Ya know how you inevitably get sick after staying up super-late and missing out on precious zzz’s? Turns out, a recent study showed a lack of sleep is totally tied with catching colds.

The New York Times recently reported on a study that showed people who sleep less than seven hours a night are three times more likely to catch a cold than those who sleep at least eight hours. Getting plenty of rest gives your immune system a boost. It might be tempting to stay up late and text with your BF, but catching serious sleep will help you keep sick days at bay.

Blog it out… How many hours of sleep do you get every night?
