The second annual SchoolJam USA teen band competition is under way and they’re calling all talented young musicians to participate. Middle and high school teens who wanna be discovered by music industry professionals, have a passion for music and want to help promote the significance of their schools’ music programs can enter. You can perform any genre of music (everything from punk to pop) as long as it’s original!

What’s up for grabs? The Top 10 Finalists will sing on the big stage Jan. 15 in Anaheim, CA! There will be a panel of professional judges and hundreds of fans to decide who will win the title of Best Teen Band in the USA! The grand prize trip of a lifetime goes to the winning band: Performing at the original SchoolJam festival in Frankfurt, Germany! They will also receive a private music video recording sesh on the John Lennon Educational Bus, $1,000 towards the purchase of new gear, AND $5,000 for their school’s music program. Amazing!
