Must List

GL's wishlist pick: Just Dance 2

Looking for something to add to your wishlist this holiday season?
We finally got a chance to check out one of Ubisoft's hottest Wii titles in stores right now, Just Dance 2, and can't stop raving about it.

Huge fans of the original Just Dance, we were eager to see what new treats the latest edition had up its sleeve. And let's just say it didn't disappoint. For those unfamiliar with the games, players must grab a Wii Remote and dance along to expert-choreographed steps (following a dance coach on the screen) to some of the hottest songs. Accuracy is key: The more precise your performance, the more points ya earn.

Able to tear ourselves away from the TV, we wiped off our sweat, guzzled down some water, and quick like The Charleston decided to list off the reasons why this game is one you won't want to miss.

Wishlist-Worthy Reason No. 1: It has way more tracks than Just Dance.
From oldies like Kool & the Gang's “Jungle Boogie” to goodies like Ke$ha's “Tik Tok,” Just Dance 2 has over 40 tracks to get grooving. Hit up the store to purchase and download even more faves from an expanding catalog of hits not preloaded on the game.

Wishlist-Worthy Reason No. 2: Onlookers can sing along to the songs.
Scrolling lyrics are back again, giving the peanut gallery something to do while you're working up a sweat. It's like karaoke-minus the mics (which sometimes might be a good thing).

Wishlist-Worthy Reason No. 3: You gain a workout.
Select the Just Sweat mode to see just how much you're exercising. Preset your daily and weekly workout goals in this own personal “fitness room” and track just how many calories you're burning off while having fun.

Wishlist-Worthy Reason No. 4: There's an all-new Dance Battle, where up to eight players can participate.

Our fave modes? The Duet, where you can dance side-by-side as a duo or competitively with your buds, and the Simon Says mode where, yes, you're required to do whatever your Score Ball tells you (like freeze or clap to the beat). Only downside? The songs are randomly picked for you. But spontaneity adds to the excitement, no?

Be sure to grab your friends, fam and check out Just Dance 2 (available now) and let us know your thoughts.

Tell us, girlies: What's your favorite song to dance to? Blog about it, babes.
