Fred Figglehorn is back with Fred 2: Night of the Living Fred

Freddie’s back! The fast-talking, hyperactive Fred Figglehorn character portrayed by Lucas Cruikshank in his silly YouTube videos, on iCarly, and in last year’s Fred: The Movie will return to TV in Fred 2: Night of the Living Fred, premiering tonight, Saturday, Oct. 22, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Nickelodeon.

In the new movie, Fred learns that his favorite music instructor has been replaced by a new teacher, Mr. Devlin (Seth Morris). As if it couldn’t make school much worse, Fred’s archenemy Kevin (Jake Weary) is the teacher’s pet, and Mr. Devlin moves next door and begins dating Fred’s mom! When Fred sees his new teacher bury something in his yard one night, he comes to the conclusion that Mr. Devlin is a <gasp!> vampire—and goes on a quest to convince the rest of the school that his suspicions are true.

If the hilarious comedy of Lucas Cruikshank isn’t enough to make you want to tune in, the movie features an all-star cast, including Modern Family’s Ariel Winter, Victorious’ Daniella Monet, and WWE star John Cena.

Be sure to tune in to Fred 2 tonight. Then come back and let us know your thoughts.
