Our favorite artists sing for the soldiers!

Happy Memorial Day! It’s that time of the year when we celebrate the wonderful courage and bravery of fallen U.S. soldiers, remembering those who’ve lost their lives while serving their country.

People all around the country make sure to celebrate on this day, while many others celebrate soldiers year round. Many artists have gone to U.S. Armed Forces stations throughout the world to put on concerts for the soldiers stationed there, too, helping brighten the mood, give some hope and take minds off of troubles for a few hours. Check out some of these awesome artists who have performed for soldiers!

Paramore

They know how to put on a good show, and their Armed Forces concert was no exception! They rocked it out of the park.

Kid Rock

He’s got the soul, the voice and the energy to rock the stage for the music-withdrawn soldiers!

Kellie Pickler

This girl brought her sweet and country vibe to the soldiers stationed in Iraq. Her bubbly self helped to lift their spirits, no doubt.

Kris Allen

He doesn’t need a lot of lights or smoke or stage effects because his voice is perfect enough.

Katy Perry ft. Nicki Minaj

These two divas pulled out all the stops with their performance! There were tons of effects, awesome outfits and some backup dancers. Plus, it was nice to hear Nicki actually sing!
