MadelineSinger1 Hair chalk is like washable dye. If you have brown or black hair, then wet the chalk, but if you have blonde or light red, do NOT wet, unless you want a semi-permanent stain.

Iheartparis101 Your welcome! Hair tip - once a week use a deep conditioning treatment on your hair. If you don't have one you can make a hair mask. I like mashing up one avocado, putting a dab of sour cream in it, keep it in for 30 min then wash it out. Enjoy!

iheartparis101 Hair tip - Don't wash your hair everyday. It strips your hair of it's natural oils, which means your hair will become dryer and frizzier and it wont grow as fast.

kpianoplayer So I had to go with my parents to drop off my sister a college. I miss her already!! well I got really bored because I ran out of the yarn that I was knitting with . . .. always I only had a bobby pin and a small hair tie. I braided my hair in SUPER small sections and just stuck them in the bobby pin and shoved all of the braids in the booby pin. Well I made about 20 braids and that didn't even cover half my head and the car stopped in front of the driveway too fast . .. I looked in the mirror and it looked like I had african american hair with the super duper small braids. I ended up taking them out because it is hard to do the back . . .but this would look cool if you have really short hair/

kpianoplayer today is the day to faux bangs! if you have side swept bangs, brush them straight down to look like the fringe bangs. If u have fringe bangs, brush them to the side. If you don't have bangs, look up a tutorial on youtube for how to faux bangs. :)

kpianoplayer remember for a school photo: sometimes the simplest hair styles can look the best on camera. Avoid doing an undo for the photo because it can make you look bald. Unless you do a genie ponytail which is literally on top of your head. Smile big! :)

kpianoplayer today was my schedule pick up and picture day. I found out a super cool idea on how to straighten your bangs. Okay, so pin your bangs with a bobby pin at the roots. Now about every 1/8 of a cm. put another bobby pin. I did this last night and braided the rest of my hair in 2 french braids. I took them all out this morning and I hate to brag . . . but I lookes good. JK on the EGO!

kpianoplayer Good Morning Galies! Braid your hair in 1 full braid. secure. Now pin it up on top of your head with a couple of bobbies. I love this style because my hair is pretty thick and it makes me really hot, but when I put it in a pony in gives me a headache. So when I do this is keeps my hair off my neck and the weight is evenly distributed on my head. Gosh the top knot hair style gives mea headache! But I still love it.

kpianoplayer Take 1 thin strand of hair closes to your face on both sides. Pin them tightly with bobby pins in an "x" shape in the middle of the back of your head. Push it up a little for some volume. Now you can style the rest of your hair how ever you like. :)

I taught her how to make a notebook out of a cereal box . . .you can check that out in my other club, DIY Green. Then I did a Katniss braid on her, using Bobexo on youtube.com. Then I french braided the top layer of her hair then pulled the rest of it in a high pony tail. Rock on!

kpianoplayer Today I want y'all to go back to the eighties. Or maybe it was the seventies that they did that . . . well anyway let me tell you what it is. Put about 5+ very small braids around your head, securing with small pony tails. Now do a side pony tail. The object with the braids is to have braids peeking out in the pony tail.

kpianoplayer last night I slept in curlers, so today I am going to do a very high pony tail leaving a bit of hair out, the amount depends on how thick your hair is. Then I will wrap the part I left out around the pony tail elastic. Whenthere is only about a half inch of hair left then I will pin it in place underneath the pony tail (not the elastic, the actual hair part.) now i will just fluff up my curls a bit and off to Church I go!

kpianoplayer @camigal: well of course you could do that, but that still uses heat, even if it is on cool. I think someone should try this: get a lot of wide ribbon, and wrap it all around your hair tightly. you should not be able to see your hair. Tell me results

kpianoplayer @ Nightless: Hmmm that's a tough one. I will try to find another couple of ideas for you, but I would try to braid your entire head, small sections at a time. This is just for texture. Short hair looks really cute shortThen you can leave it like that. Another idea is to buy (or make, you can look up a tutorial) a flower headband. The hard ones, not the full circle cloth ones, those don't usually look right with short hair. Or you can pin back a piece of hair at the start of your part when it is in the middle with a pretty decorative clip or bobby pin. Hope I helped!!!

kpianoplayer So the place of secretary is still up for grabs, and today's hair is pull your hair into a high ponytail, (cheerleader height, super high but not on top of your head) and braid it. secure it. now if you have shorter hair, then you can just braid itWithout pulling it into a ponytail. This is a really cute hairstyle to keep it out of your face. Now I always like to sport a cute headband whenever I do a ponytail, I don’t know, I just think it looks more casual, or I don’t know, chic I guess? Whatever I just like it, OKAY?? Gosh stop making me go crazy describing why I like headbands with my ponies. Geeez . . .JK I’m already a lil crazy! To prove it my sista called me a super freak at breakfast today . . . kpianoplayer I like to confuse people by having really tight curls one day (because curls take off a couple inches of hair if they are really tight, using know heat of course) and then longish straight hair the next. I tried straightening my hair using theThe technique I told you about below, with the tons of pony tails, and my hair just turned out crimped. So I apologize if that happened to you. I am yet to find a good, reliable way to straighten my hair without heat.

kpianoplayer today, let's decorate a headband you already own. I put the instructions up on my other club, DIY Green. I strongly suggest you check it out, I do crafts with stuff you usually can find around the house. So make the headband, and then wear it withthe rest of your hair down. Super relaxed and effortlessly chic.

kpianoplayer So today's hair style starts the same as yesterday, pulling back half of your hair, and securing with a pony tail. Now make a little hole in the part you pulled back, and insert your entire pony tail into the hole, from the top, into the bottom.

kpianoplayer today's hair style is just (say this with a country accent) a good ole' fashion pig tails. but to modernize them, put them in the towards the front of your face. if you have straight hair, then back comb them. if you already have curly hair,Then you are lucky. It will look super cute on curly haired gals. To make the a little bit more girly or whatever, then before you put the pig tails in, grab a small section of hair and a piece of pretty colored yarn that is a little longer than your hair and knot it around the small section. If it isn’t staying, then you can get a super duper small rubber band and out it at the roots of your hair and keep the yarn in the rubber band. Now make the pig tails.

kpianoplayer Today's hair style is a top knot. I explained how to do this somewhere below, but I gave a tutorial on how to use the sock bun way. Here I will just tell you how to do this without a sock! I did this on my friend's hair yesterday.She is Indian and she doesn’t wash her hair everyday, I love her hair, but she hates it because it is really thick. But I love her hair! It is always so shiny. Okay enough talking about my friend’s hair. Let’s talk about how I did her hair. So I put her hair in a very high pony tail by having her flip her head facing the ground and I put her hair in a pony tail on the top of her head. Then I twisted it and wrapped it around the pony tail. Then I put a little pony tail over it and just stuck bobby pines in wherever I thought it needed some. Now your done! To make it a big more casual, just pull a few pieces loose.

kpianoplayer good afternoon lollies! So I just washed my hair, and as you might know, you can't get a great curl without heat when your hair is dry. So I was looking on youtube for suggestions on curling your hair with no heat.Cocoons! I tried this a couple days ago with dry hair and it gave me great curls that didn’t last more than 2 hours!! This time I will use damp hair. So here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RAPHSAPshJE Now it is SUPER frustrating if you do it on dry hair because unless u have magic hair, the cocoon won’t stay. It will either be knotted or it will just bounce back out. So use damp hair, if it isn’t staying, add more water. It isn’t hard to make the cocoons, but it is a method. I will probably do a response video for this . . . I’ll tell you when I do. Good luck and have fun showing off your princess curls!

kpianoplayer to straighten your hair, put your hair in a low ponytail. now put elastics tightly all the way down your hair, about a centimeter apart all the way down.

kpianoplayer so if your looking for a change of pace, u should curl your hair!! or if you have curly hair, straighten it! NO!!! DON'T GO GET YOUR HEATING TOOLS!! no! in my next 2 posts, I will tel u how to straighten your hair without heat. but now, i'm goingTo Tell you how to curl it! I did this last night by the way and my hair is super curly right now! So this is to accomidate my thick hair, so if you have thin hair then u shouldn’t sections off your hair like I’m going to tell you to do. Dampen your hair, just a little bit! Or else it won’t dry. So get a big clip or whatever and section your hair off in 2 layers, using your ears as a guide. Clip up the top layer to keep it out of the way. Now using just the bottom layer, split your hair in 4 sections. Braid SUPER TIGHTLY!! Starting at the roots! It will make your hair look my natural. Put an elastic to secure your braids. Put down the top layer and repeat. Now just leave the 8 braids in for at least 8 hours. Before you take them out put some mousse or I used foam gel.

( if your hair is really layered then use the bottom layer) Now get a bobby pin or a very thin and small elastic hair band works as well; and pin them underneath the pony tail. Make sure it is secure! Now let your hair down. Tada!! It should look like a headband using your hair! You could braid the little piece of hair you tuck under too, that looks really cool.

So get a sock, try one of your dad's or brother's or use a knee high sock. cut off the toe,Now roll it. U should have a donut shape. U are making a sock bun maker. Gather your hair in a high ponytail on the top of your head. Slide the sock onto your pony tail. Now spread your hair over the sock donut thingy. Now grab a smaller pony tail and put it over the bun, securing it. You will have a lot of hair left over, don’t panic. Gather that extra hair and wrap it around your big, gorgeous bun. Now try to use bobby pins to secure it. Use smaller little pieces since your hair will probably be too thick to secure with just one bobby pin. You should get U-shaped bobby pins, they work better for holding thicker hair. If I’m not mistaking, your bun should be complete by now. Of course I always throw on a cool retro scrunchy on it, but that’s just me. Have fun and good luck!!! neo6m u should do a french braid on the right side, notall of ur hair just the hair closest to ur face--take 3 sections, take left section and cross over to the middle the right section to midde and so on. take the rest of hair and put in side pony

kpianoplayer So this hair styles today works on straight hair, and curly hair. It should be a little on the longer side, but u should just try and see if your hair is long enough.So starting at the right side of your head, pick up a little chunk closest to your face. Split into 3 even sections. Cross the right strand over the middle, and left strand over the middle. Now this is a half French braid, so your going to go under and get a piece of hair and add it to the right side strand. Cross the left over the middle. Now repeat until the braid is at the back. Tie. Now repeat this with the left side. Take both sections and time them together. If your short on time, or don’t like the half French braid, then just braid the front sections of your hair and tie them in the back. Now u can leave it as is or add a flower clip or whatever to accessories. Questions are welcome!

kpianoplayer @nightless: I recommend a waterfall braid. It is kinda of hard to explain, so go to youtube, then type in bobexo waterfall braid and u will get a tutorial. I do this hairstyle all the time and it works on all hair lengths and types. Good luck!

kpianoplayer Good Afternoon! sorry i'm a bit late today. Well today is a hair bow!! So put your hair in a very high pony tail on the top of your head. pull your hair through in a loop. You should have a high loop and the ends of your hair. now pull apart the loop. Now put the ends of your hair in the middle of your hair loop. Now bobby pin the ends of your hair behind the bow. U should be complete!! I did this style yesterday and it looked really cool. Of course the big sister made fun of me – ah whatever. She was sooo jealous that she didn’t have Lady Gaga inspired hair! kpianoplayer Hi girls!! Today's hair style . . . a hair wrap!! For this you will need some embroidery thread. 2 or 3 different colors, 4 times your hair length. Tie it at the top of a small section of hair, now twist it around hair till bottom.Double knot it till u get to the bottom. Cut the remains. Pick some awesome colors and have fun with your new hair piece!!! I used white, orange, and pink! Now braid your hair on the side and make sure it shows off your hair thingy!
