funnybunny45 I got my friend to get a guinea pig!!! Persuasive me!!! BTW: The guinea pig's name is Quin (aka Quinny Pig)! He is adorable and he doesn't bite! He just licks your fingers!!!

Funnybunny45 How many guinea pigs do you have? I have two guinea pigs named Max and Timmy. My friends make fun of Timmy for being fat, but he only weighs about two pounds.

Funnybunny45 Not really. There isn't much you can do to keep their nails from getting long. I don't like cutting them, so I let my parents cut them while I clean the cage. Usually I give them a carrot during it, to keep them calm.

kpianoplayer hi so georgie (my guinea pig)'s nails are getting long already! and we have only had him for about a month . . . we are going to take him to a vet because nobody in my family has trimmed a guinea pig's nails before. So do you have any advice to wear down their nails in the mean time?

Funnybunny45 And he squeak when the person he loves most, comes into the room. My guinea pigs squeak when I come into the room, because they love me the most.

Funnybunny45 sorry it took me so long, my internet was down. But, just pet him and keep him calm. He will learn to stay calm. try to spend more time with him than your dad. It is a fact that guinea pigs will love the person they spend the most time with.

Funnybunny45 Na, it isn't. I have two boy guinea pigs named Max and Timothy (but we call him Timmy). Timmy is white and brown and Max is black and brown.
