hey girlie! if ur having trouble changing your diet, then don't change it in a day. Gradually work ur way into eating healthy. Instead of french fries, have air poped popcorn with a pinch of salt(no butter), and instead of grabbing chips, grab a piece of fruit. a great snack or breakfast is lowfat granola( Special K) and greek yogurt or a whole wheat english muffin with a tiny bit of almond or peanut butter (reduced fat). Also, bring your lunch instead of buying. For lunch, i would bring a salad with protein in it, or a turkey sandwich, and some cut up veggies w/ hummus. And instead of snapple, drink water or lowfat/fat free milk. Now, with exercise, pick a goal and do exercises to get u to that goal. If you want to tone, yoga and pilates are great. Cardio is also a great workout. Strenth training is good if you want more muscle. i hope this helps!
