OK Here is how the job applications will work. The next few days I will be posting all the job resumes! There will be around 10 jobs up for grabs and you can apply for as many jobs as you would like. What I will do is put a number beside the questions and when you answer them, you will just put the number of the question beside your answer! Make sure you answer the questions honestly and get on enough so that you will be able to do your job and post stuff at least 3 times a week. You will need to do your job or else! HAHA JK!! But you do need to do your job and at any time you wanna quit or whatever you can! So apply for a job as I post the different resumes and you have a really good chance of getting the job!

I know this sounds stupid...but talk to your parents about how you feel. Tell them this class is super stressing you out, then maybe they can either talk to the teacher about how you're feeling (or you could) and see why the teacher treats all of you that way. If the teacher won't listen and it is that big of a problem you may have to take the situation to the principal and have her discuss it with him. I had this happen to me and the teacher got fired because he was being way to hard on us. I go to a really hard school and I'm in eighth grade and my worst class is English. Right now I have a C- which my parents aren't too happy about, but I am trying my best, but the class is just super hard. As for how much you're class stresses you out, let loose a little bit. As long as you are passing the class and you can just get by, then you will be out of that class after this year and never have to take it again. I would just continue and finish out the class this year, that way you don't have to start the whole process over again. Always try your best, but don't stress so much over the grades that you let in interfere and ruin your life. But my first option would be to talk to my parents. They always have their ways of protecting their children from something that is upsetting or hurting them. If this doesn't work let me know and i'll think of another option, but I hope this will works breezy! No problem girl!

ok well i need advice on school sorta..im in a biology class that i absolutely positively HATE with all my heart..its super hard..super stressful.the teachers is absolutly wayyyyy too hard on us!(its like were suppose to be college students) and we have finals coming up and im already freaking out..i wish i could just drop it for now but then id have to take it next year and i cant stand another year in that class..its really sad cuz i hate it so much..but the teacher makes u hate it cuz its so stressful..ive already done probably over a days worth of crying over that class..and i dont handle stress well either..and whenever i fail somthin in his class i freak and get frustrated and then idk wat else to do..everyone keeps saying hang in there but idk if i can..i start crying when working on stupid (6 page reports that have to be PERFECT)(nothings perfect!) and whenever i go talk to him if im confused when doing work, i start feeling itchy and super hot and i feel like passing out and idk if its hives or somthing but i feel aweful and then i just wanna go to the bathroom and cry..do u have ne suggestions?? cuz idk wat else to do right now....sorry this is so long...

hey canadiangirl_22 i am answering youre advice question! Ok i have been in the exact same situation as you! my best friend told me she was suffering from depression and had been cutting herself and other stuff which is really bad. first off you need to know this, if she gets toi the point where she is suicidal or has become so depressed that it is unbearable you have to tell an adult even if she doesnt want you to! se may hate you at first but then she will realize you did it to save her life. What i would do is continue giving her little homemade gifts and stuff to cheer her up, give her a little more attention then you do youre other friends to make her feel loved, invite her over alot, call and tlk and check up and see how she is doing. that is what i did with my friend and she is completely better now. one person can make a difference. my friend told me one time she was about to do something really bad and potentially life threatening and i called her jsut at the right time and that stopped her from doing it. make your friend feel so loved and cared for. if she has a bad home life and thats what is causing it, invite her over alot to help her get away from that. another thing that would help would be finding the cause of the depression whether it be her home life, her body image (you could give her compliments alot), doing bad in school (help her with her homework), or just too much stress(take her to an amusement park or something really fun to help take her mind off the stress). hope youre friend gets better and let me know how it goes and if you need any more help with this or any other advice just ask and i will respond! thanks girl i am so glad youre friend has someone in her life thats cares as much as you do!

hey, so thank you so much for that advice! i know, i was a little upset because i posted a few things and they werent answered so i was like wow, what am i supposed to do now? thank goodness its break here, i havent had to deal with any of it for two weeks! its nice not having to defend him, even though some of the people know about his disability. i just hate how some people think it is funy to make fun of someone that isnt there to defend themselves. it is cruel to be honest. and i have another problem. my friend recently confronted me and admitted that she is battling depression. i was speechless because she isnt the type of girl that was like down on herself while anyone was around, and we are pretty much insepprable. so, what can i say/do to help her out a bit. i made her mittens and cookies for the holidays, and she almost cried she was so happy.! so what else can i do to keep her spitits up? thank you so so so much!
