Hey girl Smile try "Cold-EEZE" its a type of cold medicine you can find in almost any drug store. It comes in cough drop form so you can take it anywhere. It helps prevent cold (really! i didnt get sick from june to march) and if you still get sick it help lessen the symptoms and lessens the duration of the cold.
