A few healthy snacks: -apples with peanutbutter (my fave) -carrots -nuts -bananas -pretzels(occassionally) -string cheese -a bowl of healthy cereal

Hey style630 To eat healthy all you have to do is plan waht and when you are going to eat. Like if you're going to exercise that day, you should eat a lot more carbs and protein such as pasta, nuts, and beans. Every day you should get a good amount of protein, fruits, vegetables, carbs, and , yes, fats. Nuts are a super good snack, within reason. They are a very good source of protein and have quite a bit of fat, so only eat it occasionally. For fruits and vegetables, just well, eat fruits and vegetables! And for other good sources of nutrients you could eat apples with peanutbutter, carrots, bananas, and things like that. Only eat a little bit of fats and oils. And, BE SURE TO EAT BREAKFAST!!!
