cool! well I mean it's not cool tht we both r a bit self concious of our tummys, but cool tht we have something in common! I've been working out everyday and trying to eat right, so hopfully it'll pay off :^) If u need any work out ideas or anything, I'm here for ya, comment any time.

dinner- this bacon rollup thingyy... idk. sounds kinda gross (havn't had it yet) but i'll probly have an apple with it or somethin

lunch-pizza bagels(school food so it was like grease on a bagel)

dinner- hamburger helper, carrots, and for dessert some white chocolate yogurt (yoplait light, so 100 cals!)
and i had track today and i'm going to go outside in a little bit!

lunch- chicken tenders, salad, orange, and rice krispie mar w/ milk

So what i usually do with my workout buddies is share everything we ate for the day, what excercise we did, and the occasional fact/ tip.
