Hey i heard u needed advice for ur party and I hope u get the chance to read mine! Music usually they play really awesome songs on 107.5 the river(my fav. station) but they do have commersials If u dont want that then here are some cds to make the night awesome! Miley Cyrus Black Eyed Peas Katy Perry 3oh3 Jonas Bros Rihanna As food goes everyone says the simple buy a pizza and a tub of ice cream but try this. Make your own pizza bagel bites and for dessert have chocolate dipped strawberries and cream puffs! Then for breakfast make your own waffles with different fixins like peanut butter, chocolate chips, cream cheese,fresh fruit, whipped cream, or just syrup for the picky eaters. And for snacks you could try trail mixes, sunflower seeds, popcorn, donuts, ding dongs, or my favorite, pringles in a tube!!! Yum! Games: These are just your simple games( but and oldie is a goodie, right?!) Truth or Dare Ding Dong Ditch Blind Makeover Midnight Fright Night Flashlight Tag And here is some other stuff to do: watch movies do facials paint nails Hope this all helps!!!

and some of these songz other people posted are very mainstream and r heard over and over. We hear these songs enough already! so really impress people with some of panic! at the discos upbeat songs! be unigue and have music that will get the party going!

hey girl! for a party, panic! at the disco's album "a fever u can't sweat out" is the hands-down best! all of the songs on the album are great, but my party faves are "london beckoned songs by money written by machines" , "lying is the most fun a girl can have without taking her clothes off", "i constantly thank god for estaban" , and "time to dance" (its not about dancing though, but it has an awsome beat, great song for an all girlz party!) Check out the songs on youtube! panic! at the disco rules!!!!!!

Nail Polish Birthday Spin Game- Place several colors of nail polish in the middle of a circle of girls. Have the first girl spin a bottle of nail polish. Who ever the cap is pointing to when it is done spinning must paint one of her fingernails that color. Then that person spins the next color of nail polish .... and so on. Paint your toes also to make the game last longer. Foil Make Over- The object is to create the best outfit out of aluminum foil. Crazy game and lots of fun. This can be played individually or if you have a lot of girls separate into teams. Give each person / team 1 or 2 rolls of aluminum foil. You can also use rubber bands or pieces of string if you want. Create the most fabulous outfit you can using the aluminum foil. Tops, pants, skirts, shorts ... and don't forget the sunglasses, jewelry, hats, flip-flops, tiaras booties, belts ...anything your imagination can dream up. Be sure and take pictures of your creations. Blind Make Over- The first person puts on a blindfold and does the makeup of the second person. Then when they are done the second person puts on the blindfold and does the makeup of the third person. Draw numbers to determine the order. Really funny - take pictures so you can keep the memories. Mummy Wrap Game- See which team can wrap their mummy in toilet paper first. Divide birthday party guests into teams of 2 or 3 and give them 2 rolls of toilet paper. Let teams decide on who will be the mummy and then race to see who can wrap their mummy in toilet paper the quickest using all the paper. Stock up on paper and play this game a few times switching out mummy's. if its hot outside then play sponge sponge squeze (or drip drip drop)- you get a bucket and a sponge and everyone sits in a circle. then the bday girl get the sponge first and lets it soak up as much water as you can. then you drip sum water on each girl and each time you say drip or sponge. then when you choose the girl you want to sqeeze the water on the girl out of the sponge and she chases you around the circle until u sit in her spot but if she gets you before you sit then its still your turn but if she doesnt get you its her turn to do wat u just did. its sooo fun FOOD-- pizza bake giant cookies chips smores burrito and toaco bar fruit scuress if you need anymore suggestions i have a ton so just comment on my proffile!!!!!! For games, make sure to rent horror movies, comedy movies, and drama movies. You can have makeovers so tell the girls to bring over makeup. Or you could have girls put on their own makeup without a mirror so everyone turns out looking goofy LOLZ. Make sure to take pictures of that! You can also put truth or dare cards in balloons and have each girl pop a balloon and do what it says on the card. You can have an egg toss relay race with the eggs. Buy sparklers and give one to each girl. Play scavenger hunt and reward girls with something or flashlight tag. i saw your rquest for god party ideas. so i have a few for you! 1st. you should make cards for truth and dare so you wont be silent at all. have a friend help. 2nd. make sure you have streamers and balloons. 3rd. if you have a play station or a wii. get dance dance revoltion games and singing games. 4th. in the middle of the night you and one other friend stay up until everyone goes to sleep. then get a permanent marker and put stuff on girls faces except one. then you and your friend put non permanent on you faces so it looks like the other girl did it. but make sure to tell everyone. if you want more plz ask i will be happy

Hey girl shedding pounds is not that easy, but if u take my advice it will be a smooth ride. Ok so the first step is to stay fully motivated. Try to eat a healthy diet, whether it is fruits and vegatables, and enjoy not-so-healthy foods at moderation which means don't eat as much of them even though u really want too.
