Hey!
I saw your post about stretch marks and how you have them even though your losing weight. I got stretch marks last year, and they completely went away. Every morning i would put jojoba oil on them and at night i would put jojoba oil on again and right before i went to bed i would put on vicks vapo rub or bengay, and they went away! I cant see mine anymore! YAY!

hey girl! well really just focus on using your arms to help you trun rahter than throw you off balance. reach one arm out at the beginning of the turn and when your stepping to complete the turn bring the other arm in to meet it.

also if your doing turns where you arent using your arms keep them still and dont move them around too much.

as for your knee im sorry about all the surgery you have to have Frown im really not sure what the best advice i can give is as to what you can while not dancing because im not sure what the doctors will let you do. talk to your doc about your limits

My mom's thinking about making me eat beef once a month. If I'm breaking my almost 5 years of no red meat, honey she is serving me filet mignon!! LOL... hahaha

Hey. I heard you were starting to be a vegetarian! Congrats. Here's what I would recommend: go part vegetarian to begin with, like no pork or beef. It'll give you a nice feel without losing out on important protein. I haven't eaten red meat in 4 and a half years, and it's actually taking a little toll on my health. Beef has iron in it which is important for us ladies when it's our time of the month... and when we're growing. You can get tired and have head aches easily without it. If you have any questions on being a vegetarian, ask me. I'm still going strong. Good luck!
