Hey Girl.

Try talking to this boy and see what hes in to. Talking to boys about stuff they like is the smartest thing you could do. If your friends get jealous, tell them your feelings about this guy and how nothing is going to stop you from liking him. Now that may sound rude, but hey, you cant let the cute ones just slip away, right?
As for your sister, try talking to her and maybe see if your mom can help. Or simply tell her to leave me alone. Ignoring will work for sure.
