Okay, so I'm loving this scavenger hunt party idea. I've wanted to do it since my birthday last year! I want to have this party at the mall and have some wacky things to find, such as "take a picture with a hot guy!" or "find the ugliest shirt in the mall!" and then have a contest to see who got the best thing. I'd also want to make a scrapbook with everyone's pictures in it later. I also want to do something where people could decorate their own cupcakes and have a contest on that too, and then they'd sleep over.
Here's the problem:
*I don't know how many people to invite! I'm thinking maybe 9-15 people. Would it be better to do more or less?
*With all these different things, the party's sure to be a blast, but I don't want it to cost a lot! What's the easiest and cheapest way to get all of the supplies?
*Last one: I'm having trouble convincing my mom to like this idea! Any tips on that?

Hey girlie. Well, the cupcakes and scrapbook shouldn't be too costly and won't really depend on how many people go. One batch of cupcakes should do the trick. You might have to buy a bunch of disposable cameras though if you want people to take pics along the way. It might be easiest to have people pair off and go around the mall in twos so they can have fun with a buddy. You will have to think about transportation though and get that figured out. You will also have to think about if the girls will want to spend a ton of money at the mall. See what your mom doesn't like about the idea and try to come up with different ideas to fix the kinks.
