I don't know if I want to go to homecoming, I afraid I will be asked to dance, I really don't like to.

Hey girl,

If you don't like to dance, you don't have to! If a guy you like asks you to dance, you can always stay upbeat and say something like "I was actually just gonna go outside to get some fresh air - wanna come with me instead?" That way, you get some hangout time with the guy without having to dance Smile

Mod Mod Mod
so i like this guy, and homecoming is in 2 weeks, he has this "thing" with another girl, but when we were talking about it he didnt seem to enthusiastic about her. We flirt and he asked me if anyone had asked me yet, and yeah. So do you think he likes me? or should i just forget about it?
any tips from other girls welcome too Smile just post on my wall if you have advice! thanks so much!!

Hey chica!

I wouldn't interfere if he's talking to another girl.  Whenever a boy is interested in one girl, it can be very very hard to divert that onto yourself.  I think he was just genuinely hoping you'd be there to hang out, maybe if you were alone he could slip in a dance.

Give it some time and then see if you're still getting those hints.

I guess I don't really have a specific question, I'm just confused. There's this guy that I like, he's a year older than me but 2 school years ahead of me. A lot of my friends think he likes me back. But there's this other girl that's in his grade and they always hold hands and hug (I'm not gonna lie, I am a little jealous of her) and I was talking to him about it yesterday and he said they're not going out and that they used to but they broke up a year ago. And another thing I've noticed is that when he's stressed (which is a lot of the time because he is a leader in band so he's in charge of all of our section and we r not very well behaved haha) he doesn't talk to her as often. So yeah I'm just confused :/

Hey girl! It seems like you really like the guy, and apparently he may like you too. Trust what he says about not being with his ex and take a risk. He may just be friends with her and all of those feelings from the past are gone. Try asking him to hang out one day after school or to go to your schools soccer game. Keep it casual but make sure he gets the hint that you want to be more than friends. He'll make the move when he is ready.
