Hey itsalovestory, yep that's most likely it. Whenever we do exercises we don't normal do, we are using muscles we've never used before to do them. The fact that you're a little sore could just be a sign that your shoulder isn't used to being worked before. No worries. Xoxo

After I was done doing six planks yesterday, my shoulder was really sore. It is only a little sore today, but I was wondering if it was just the fact that was the first time I have ever done push ups is that why my shoulder was sore?
Thanks! Lynae P.

Hey IDKBoys, no worries. As your friends they're going to make fun of you and you'll do the same. If it really starts to bother you, then tell them how it hurts your feelings. I'm sure they'll stop after that. Xoxo

So, I'm gonna be in 8 grade this year and I am in a lower math class than everyone else, and I am afraid they will make fun of me. If they did, does that make them real friends? Math has always been hard for me and I'm really sensitive about it. I don't want them to forget about me... -.- Lynae P.

Hey IDKBoys, I think you should stick with your boyfriend. He's your bgf and you don't want to ruin that friendship. He also lives in another town and that could get hard trying to have a relationship. Just think it over some more girly. Xoxo

Me and my bgf were texting a few nights ago and he moved to a different town this summer and all of a sudden he texted me that he has this major crush on me I kinda do to but I have a bf. my bgf always says these really sweet things to me while we r texting but I'm torn between staying with my current bf or breaking up with him and taking my chances with my bgf. Please respond quickly... Anyone else that wants to answer can comment on my profile. Thanks Lynae P.

try to get closer and closer to him. If he is friends with one of your friends, go and hang out with them, and he will be bound to talk to you, and you can talk with him, too.
