I'm 11 and am flat chested. I get picked on because I have no boobs. any advice on how to get them bigger?

whenever i hit my boobs against something they hurt for like 20 seconds after!! also i'm always taking off my bra and then whenever i walk my boobs hurt ahhhhhh!!!!! also to others asking about milk and cow hormones before, i hate milk and i have never had it plain since i was real little. the cow hormones do make you grow faster, but if you don't drink milk i just have yogurt and other things like ice-cream that has milk

bascally im proud of my bra size . but . today my mum measured me again , and i know i am a 32b but she keeps going on about how that is to big ... how to i tell her its not ?

Hey girlie! I would just try explaining to her that you feel uncomfortable in the bras you already have. Even if it doesn't seem like it to her, you can tell and you know that you definitely need to go a size up. I'm sure she'll understand once you let her know they're bothering you.

Hey! the only way to really feel reassured is to talk to your doctor about all of these questions Smile To be honest, that's what we mods just have to tell you guys when you come to us with any health concerns. You may very well be fine, but since we're not doctors and we can't even see you face to face, it's not for us to tell you what's fine and what isn't. You know your body. Trust your instincts and talk to your doc!

Ok so I'm 12 almost 80 lbs. and 4'10. My chest is soo small its embarrasing Im only wearing bras cuz I have pe an we change in locker rooms. Im super sad about this! Frown. Im npt very healthy but i try and I dont drink milk for awhile. So why r they so small¿

Everyone's body is different, and I'm sure yours is great too! You are likely still growing, so eating protein and plenty of fruits and veggies and staying healthy will help you grow, too. In the meantime, try to find tops that are flattering to your shape and be happy with the things you love about your bod Smile

I'm 11 and my boobs are really big. They've been big since I was 9. They're almost higher than my 39 year old sisters!! (I would say my mom but she had breast cancer...) is that weird? I feel like when I talk to older guys all they look at is my chest! And they're not normally like that! And they know my age! It's awkward

Hey girl, everyone's bod is different so whatever your size, it's def not weird.  When you're talking to a guy, do your best to keep eye contact so that you know their eyes are where they should be.  Wear clothes that you feel most comfortable in, which might be higher-cut tops that don't reveal any cleavage.  If a boy obnoxiously stares at your chest all the time, find someone else to talk to.  Good luck, chica.

Hey girl, it's natural for your chest to be sensitive.  If you're worried that you're experiencing pain that you shouldn't be, talk with your mom and/or a nurse or a doctor.

Hey girlie, I would guess at around a 30C. But you can get measured in most lingerie stores where they can tell what size you are for sure.

My breasts ( I hate the word boob!!!) are ''average'' for my age, or at least that's what my doctors say, but they look bigger then they should be. Maybe that's because all my friends have really small breasts... anyway, and I'm only a 30A, which is really weird. My breasts haven't grown in, like, six monthes or something.

Hiiii! im 14 and my name is addie! Okay so I have gotten measured like 3 or 4 times at Victoria's Secret and every time I have been measured as a 32D and I'm thin and stuff so I agree with the 32 part but I do not have big boobs. They are kinda small I guess but all of my friends tell me I have huge boobs. They come together pretty closely so even when I don't wear a push up bra I have major cleavage... when I wear like a 32B they like completely squeeze out of my bra. Ohhhh and also my mom always tells me that I am not a D so I don't know what to do. Also I have tried wearing a 34anything and their wayyyy too big bc I wear the 32's on the tightest ring

Sorry girl but there is no way to shrink your boobs. You can try and wear shirts that draw less attention to your cleavage, but don't stress! You're still growing and have plenty of time to grow into them. Make peace with your body, it's awesome just the way it is! xoxo

my brother said most of my boobs (and everyone else is to)made of fat so i have small boobs i didn't know what to do so i started eating fattening food to help grow em but i feel unhealthy and they didn't grow (i'm not trying to sound desperate for boobs but) soon i realized the fat went to my butt( my bubble butt) i get nervous when people notice my butt is bigger than my boobies what do you suggest i do????

 

Hey jaynasa, your body is developing on its own so you don't need to do anything to make it grown. There's nothing wrong with the shape you have now girly. I know a girl who didn't get breasts until her sophmore year of college, so everyone is different. Hope this helps! Xoxo

hey girl! wait, you're 73 pounds?! According to the Body Mass Index, you should be at least 105 pounds to be within the healthy range... Are you sure your scale is correct? Also, do you mean your breasts are always sore? Sometimes this happens when you're going through puberty and ya just gotta stick it out. Or do they hurt when you exercise? Try wearing larger/more supportive bras to give your breasts plenty of support.

Hey girlie, you might not see noticeable differences frequently, but they'll keep growing until you're in your early 20s. I don't know if the pain is a sign of growth, but pay attention to it and if it gets worse or is really uncomfortable you might want to think about seeing a doctor.

Hey girl! Wearing a smaller bra is def not the answer, it'll only make you more uncomfortable! In fact wearing a smaller bra can actually be like push-up bra and since they'll be so packed in it might even make them look bigger. Wearing the right size is key, as it'll give you the support and lift you need, just choose one  that's softly-lined.Boys will be boys, and at the age of 13 they certainly are not the most mature so if your feelin like your boobs are the only thing gettin you attention make sure not to wear anything too low-cut, tight, and avoid push-up bras. I have plenty of friends that are bigger chested and since they don't flaunt it in their fashion most people don't even notice. Also, at your age you may just be one of the few girls who are fully-developed so give it some time and soon you won't be the only bustier babe around. Hope this helps!

Hey coolkitty10, there's really nothing you can do. You just have to learn to accept yourself the way you are. There are lots of beauties out there with small chests. Hey! Not naturally. There are products that claim to enhance breast growth, but I don't think that kind of thing is worth your friend's time. I understand that she might want to develop faster to get attention or to feel good about herself, but if she's patient it's going to happen anyway, so why not focus on other aspects of life?

Hey girl, it's not good or bad — it really makes no difference. Padded bras are fine though; don't sweat it. As for the pain there, it's hard to say. It may be cramps and be ready with pads, but no one can predict the arrival of your first period. When it comes, it comes.

1. I have HUGE boobs i wear D bras and i just turned 12! They hurt when i'm not wearing a bra! All the kids in my school have smaller breasts? Are there ways to get rid of it?

Hey girly, the only healthy way I can think of to lose some of the size in your boobs is to workout for a leaner bod. Lots of what makes our boobs ....boobs is fat (that's totally supposed to be there) and with a regular workout some but def not all of that fat could be burned away. Try working out to tone up about 3 times a week. If your boobs don't shrink from working out, then just relax and accept them. There is nothing wrong with being a little busty and it's completely normal.  And congrats on your prize! but If you just won a prize in Aug, it's time to give the other girls a chance and hold tight for awhile.I'm pretty sure that goes for all prizes and give-aways. You can win again in January =)
