The pros (and cons!) of being an only child

No sibs? No problem. Well, okay, sometimes it actually is. Below are all of the good (and the bad) that comes along with being an only child.

You never have to fight for your parents' attention...

...but then again, that means they're *always* watching.

And you can't get away with anything because you're the only one around to take the blame.

But it means you spend a lot of time together and probably have a ton of inside jokes.

You don't have siblings to fight with or share your food with...

...but you also don't have any brothers or sisters to play with or hang out with.

Which ended up making you super creative and resourceful. And *really* good at entertaining yourself.

You learn to be much more independent than your friends at a younger age...

...but you also have trouble asking for help. You try to do everything on your own.

At the end of the day, people might call you spoiled but you've just learned to embrace it. Haters gonna hate, right?

Are you an only child? What do you love/hate about it? Let us know in the comments!
