MOD - Hey! I'm getting my hair cut on Tuesday, it's long, too, and STRAIGHT. (about the length of my back bra strap). I have an oval face. Prob is, I want to go shorter (Summer isn't a good time for long hair in my book) but i don't know any cute hairstyles to go with. I have side bangs, if that helps. Thanks!!!! p. princess. P.S. hey girl! the hottest look right now is to get a cut to your  shoulder and have 'em angle it back into short layers! adding side bangs can make a style look totally new and fresh! XOXO Aubrey

MoD!!! i just got braces yesterday and my teeth hurt so i cant chew like at all. i cant pretty much eat only yogurt and smoothies...which is all ive eaten...i want something yummy that i can actually eat. if any1 has had this experience or has ideas PLZ help!!! <3 iluvtyangerines

Hey Girl, I totally know what you mean. When I had braces I was on a mostly liquid diet for a day or two, also. I ate some soft pita bread with hummus (very tasty and healthy!) or you could try smaller pasta (like orzo) that's easy to swallow without chewing. MOD... this week my dad and bro are gone camping/house boating with friends so its just my mom my sis and me. my sis is gone from 5-8 each dat for cheer practice, so i was wundering if u had any ideas of fun stuff 2 do. i dont really want to be a couch potato!☺

Well, computer's an option... Lol. Only half kidding, though. I think that this would be a good time to stretch your imagination. What I do when I'm bored is set an object down in front of me and stare. Then, when I start thinking random thoughts, I right them down and make a story out of some of them. Once I thought about sushi when I was looking at a lamp and ended up playing pretend (lol, I'm too old for that...) that I was a japanese woman during world war two , and had to move some where discreet and change my name, looks, everything and try to make a living selling sushi. I made a story and stage play!

he mod, i have naturaly curly hair and im not sure how to make it work best for me. i have been growing it out long for about a year so the length comes to about the bottom of my bra. i have long layers and long side bangs. (they r long enough to go into a ponytail.) i love the length but it pulls the curl out. any tips on how to embrace my natural curl, and still keep the length?

I think my face is oval shaped, so yay! My hair has a lot of volume, and in case anyone wants some tips with hair with lots of volume, here's what I have to say:
1. I find that my hair is the puffiest when I've just washed it and blow-dried it. Sos if you want it puffy, shampoo! (and condition, a MUST)
2. Puffy hair CAN look good when it's short. Like, really good! Get it layered. That's what my haircut is, and it looks awesome.
3. Don't like it puffy? If you're in a hurry, brush it well and pull back in a ponytail or grab your headband. If you have some more time, straighten. (I never do, though)
4. Ugh! One thing about puffy hair: it gets TOO puffy when it rains! So put on your hood!
5. Your hair has volume and it's really long? Not the best. Takes FOREVER to brush and shampoo, and it doesn't look too amazing.
6. Two words: high ponytail.

i have a rounded face and i tried a long haircut and it did not look nice. so for sure i know long haircuts do NOT look good with round faces. i am about to get a haircut and i am gonna get shoulder length hair with layers.

Im not sure what shape my face is, its long.
But I have always worn my hair down.
And I just cut my hair two weeks ago now it is about 2 inches above my shoulders.
It is so dark it is almost black, what can I do to make it look cool..?

It is extremely extremely thick!
I hate it.

I'm not the best with hair, but usually bangs and face-framing cuts are good for long faces because they give your face a rounder appearance. You might want to stay away from long straight hair styles, as they can make your face appear longer.
