Want a full-on fab body scrub? We’ve got a sweet one you can whip up at home. It’s gentle on your skin and less dehydrating than a salty variety. Use this all-over body scrub before bathing as an exfoliator before you self use self-tanner. Like a trip to the spa, but wayyy friendlier on your wallet! Ingredients: *1/4 cup granulated sugar *2 tablespoons light oil, such as almond, canola, or sunflower *2 tablespoons milk Directions: Mix together all the ingredients into a smooth cream. To use: Before bathing, gently massage the mixture all over your body to increase circulation and remove dry, flaky skin. Make sure you are standing on a towel or inside the shower. Rinse your skin with warm water and moisturize well. Makes 4 ounces, enough for one treatment!
