For a retro look, like Marilyn Monroe, why not get a one piece with a ruched top? The ruching pushes up everything you've got and adds a little extra padding for some oomph. Plus, the sexy but simple style totally shows off personality. I would check out trendy (and cheap!) shops like Forever 21 and Target for this.
For a more modern take, why not try a bikini with a li'l push-up action? Look for demi cups (like a bra) that add in a little bit of padding to emphasize your chest area. This is a pretty common suit and I would check out department stores like JCPenney and Macy's.
Finally, why not try a tankini with some added oomph in the chest? Victoria's Secret has some really bright and cute choices that are simple, with string bottoms and push up tops that highlight a good neckline.
