wow that is so not like our teams at my school. We usually run and do our warm ups then have the coahc tell us what we have to do and we have 2+ hour practices and a lot of people i know lose a lot of weight during the eason and eat healthier,and defintiely get enough workout time.No matter what thoug we have to take PE

Wow! who only does that less than one hour?!? I swim (around 6 miles) 4 days a week in two hours and I do tumbling for 1 hour on the other school day. and I usually am doing SOMETHING active-ish on saturday and on Sunday we rest (because it's the Lord's day) so girls that don't do much physical activity get out there! set your mind to it! you're young you'll recover if it seems as if you'll never make it, challenge yourself!
