Freeze up a fruity fro-yo bar

 
Looking for an easy snack to eek out the last drops of your steamy-hot summer? Skip the ice cream truck and whip up a batch of Betty Crocker’s signature fruity fro-yo fun bars with your friends. They’re the perfect frosty treat to keep ya cool. 

 

Ingredients:

1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk

2 6 oz. containers of Yoplait Original 99% Fat Free Key lime pie yogurt

2 6 oz. containers of Yoplait Original 99% Fat Free strawberry yogurt

1 cup Trix cereal

 

Directions:

1. Line an 8x4-inch loaf pan with foil.

2. Divide the condensed milk evenly between two bowls. Stir the Key lime yogurt into one bowl and the strawberry yogurt into the other.

3. Spread the Key lime pie mixture into the foil-lined loaf pan. Sprinkle with cereal (or your mix-in of choice). Gently spoon and spread the strawberry mixture on top. Freeze for at least 8 hours until firm.

4. To serve, lift the foil froze loaf from the pan, then pull the foil off. Let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes to slightly soften, then cut into eight 1-inch sliced. Enjoy!

 

 

Make it your own! Mix up the yogurt flavors and variety and add in fresh fruit or whatever you like.

So tomorrow is the first day of school, and generally I only need 7 hours of sleep. Anyways, I wanna stay up till 11, and my parents don't really care so should i? cuz americas got talent is on tonight. i really only need to see one of the acts cuz my bros friend knows a person in the act, but idk if it will b at the end or beginning. (i hope the beginning) but yea... should i? cuz i just need to wake up by 6ish, so i can do my hair and makeup and stuff... and just have time to chill in the morning. so should i ??




Hey girl, it should be fine as long as you go to bed immediatley after. Make sure you're getting enough sleep and taking care of yourslef -- those are the two most important things.

Mod! Mod! Mod!
Okay, so this is a bit uncomfy to say, but I'm on my period and my blood flow has been unusually crazy, and my cramps are horrible. I noticed a 'flap' down there has been stinging and is it possible that i cut it. I know I'm on my period but why is it stinging and is more blood coming because of that? I told my mom, but she says it's nothing. And is there any ways to reduce cramps and blood flow. Thank you.
