Fill your heart! DIY canvas heart bag

Want to take your valentine wherever you go? Wear your heart on your shoulder with this adorable canvas bag craft from See Jane Work. Paint it up with hearts for V-Day and other shapes, designs and words for every other day of the year. Bonus? Awesome b-day present. Awesome.
 
What you'll need:
Fabric-safe paint
A canvas bag
A paintbrush
Paper
Scissors
Pencil
Newspaper
 
What you'll do:
1. Trace a heart shape on a piece of paper that's folded in half. Cut it out. 
2. On a flat surface covered in newspaper, lay down your bag and place your heart stencil. Holding it still with one hand, trace the outline of the heart using our pencil. Make your line as light as possible so you won't be able to see it through the paint.
3. Place another piece of newspaper inside the bag beneath the where you'll be painting the heart. Don't want it to bleed through!
4. Carefully paint your heart onto the canvas. Use the side of the brush to get a smooth outer edge on your heart. 
5. Allow your bag to dry in a well-ventilated area.

a boy a like told my brother that he is cooler than me and told him not to tell me right in front of my face. that doesn't really bother me but i want the boy to think im cool without changing who i am. should i try to impress this boy. how should i approach impressing him or should i just forget about him?

Hey girlie,

Ouch, that sounds like a really mean thing to say, especially in front of you! You are right to think that you shouldn't change who you are--if he doesn't see how awesome that is, that's his loss! If he's friends with your brother, maybe you could try hanging out with them and getting to know him better to show him how cool you are, but if he's not interested in spending time with you I wouldn't waste your effort and would focus on a guy who thinks you're as awesome as you are Smile
