Two weeks in. How ya doin' with those rezzies?
Whether you want to be kinder to your siblings this year, start a community service project, tone up those abs or something totally different, any resolution you make on New Year's is always difficult to keep. A study out last year showed that 35 percent of resolutions fall by the wayside after the first month, and only one person out of every five keeps on chugging all year long. So hey, if you gave in a little early, you're in pretty good company!
But even if you had a moment (or two or 12) of weakness since Jan. 1, that doesn't mean you can't get back on track. Pare down your goals to make them more manageable, leave a list where you can see it every day and reward yourself for staying on track. Next year's New Year's party will be here before ya know it!
