I'm never asked out. Sometimes I feel like boys just look right through me. All my besties can get the guy they want and I'm there standing in the cold.

First off, you gotta give your inner self-confidence a boost! You need to realize that you’re beautiful and awesome whether boys are taking notice yet or not. It's totally normal for you to be shy or uneasy around guys and it def takes some time to be yourself around them.

The most important step thing is to make sure that you feel totally comfortable with yourself. Once that's accomplished you’ll feel way more confident around guys, and if you’re not ready to be set up with one of your bestie’s guys that's more than OK!

Try not to sweat what a guy may think, and remember your girls will always have your back no matter what. More often then not guys can be scared to admit how they really feel. I think give it a shot with the next boy you're really crushin' on, I think you will be pleasantly surprised with what may come from it girlie!
