In her book Add More -Ing to Your Life, she suggests jumping on a trampoline for mental clarity. Ya can’t exactly be bummed out if you’re in Easter Bunny mode, and taking time for Y-O-U will help clear your head. Don’t have a trampoline nearby? Hop to it in the backyard.
