This is such a Cali girl signature! Start with damp hair. Use a small amount of curl serum to up the natural texture of your strands. Then, let it air-dry or blow it out. Next, take a wide-barrel curling iron and curl your entire head of hair (use salon clips to keep the straight hair outta the way!). When you’re done, take a 1-inch section of your hair and twist it a few times. Pin it above your ear. Voila!

Use a comb to create a center part. Pull your hair back, leaving a few strands out in the front. Twist the rest of your mane into a low, loose bun. Secure it with an elastic. Take the pieces from the front and carefully pin them back, while still leaving a few face-framing strands out. Some shine spray finishes it off.

Gotta love a style that’s pumped up to the max. To get the look, pull your strands into a high pony and secure with an elastic. Then, use a small hairbrush to tease (aka, gently brushing in the opposite direction as normal to create some volume). Next, wind your hair into a loose bun and secure with bobby pins. Mist with hairspray and dash!
