Miley takes on YouTube queen Rebecca Black

Miley Cyrus seems to be seein’ green over YouTube sensation Rebecca Black instant rise to celebrity!
“It should be harder to be an artist,” Miley told Australia’s Daily Telagraph. “You shouldn’t just be able to put a song on YouTube and go out on tour.”

 

In less than a week, Rebecca’s song “Friday” scored more than 16 million views…and lots of hate mail. While the 13-year-old has the support of Lady Gaga and other stars, much of the response to her video, which her parents paid $2,000 to have produced, has been negative.

 

Our question to Miley is what about Justin Bieber? And Greyson Chance? And Cody Simpson? We totally dig their tunes, but are they also unworthy of Miley’s standards?

 

Whaddya think, babes? Is Miley right on or off her rocker?
