A Year of Gossip In Review
Can you believe it’s almost 2010?! Boy, 2009 sure has been fun—and filled with lots of juicy gossip. From Miley mania to JoBros juice and tonsa Taylor talk, we just couldn’t get enough!
February 2009: Surprise, it’s a Jonas! The JoBros spilled they would be surprising a theater full of screaming girls at multiple premieres of their movie Jonas Brothers: The 3-D Experience. Talk about exhilarating and über unbelievable! Every girl in the world was pretty much in a Jonas frenzy.
June 2009: JoBros In Love On Larry King Live, Kevin, Joe and Nick were caught up in discussion of love and romance. Larry asked if Joe’s current girlfriend was “as famous as [Nick’s].” Joe then spilled, “I don’t think anyone’s as famous as Miley Cyrus.” While it appears that both boys have since moved on (Joe splitting with Camilla Belle and Miley is reportedly now dating hunky Aussie Liam Hemsworth) we still wonder what Nick and Miley’s relationship (if there was one) was really like.
June 2009: RIP The King Michael Jackson, a.k.a. the “King of Pop,” died at the age of 50. An absolute shock to the entertainment community, as well as the entire world, it brought on a slew of attention to his greatest hits. His music and his spirit will live on forever and be known as producing some of the best pop of all time. We miss you, Michael!
September 2009: A VMA Villain At the MTV VMA’s, a divalicious Kanye got up on stage and totally dissed cutie Taylor Swift during her acceptance speech for the “Best Female Video” title, arguing Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” deserved the crown. People are still talking about the incident, even new rumored beau Taylor Lautner (did you catch him on SNL?).
October 2009: T Squared Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner are rumored to be dating. No, wait, don’t you mean Taylor Lautner and Selena Gomez. That, too. The Twilight hunk was caught hangin’ with the Wizards’ cutie all over the place earlier in the year, but it seems like Tay has moved on to Selena’s BFF Taylor (and, face it, do you blame him?). They are pretty much the most loveable—and cutest—couple for sure. Lets just hope he doesn’t follow suit like Joe Jonas and dump our country hunnie over the phone.
December 2009: A Solo Jonas Nick Jonas is going solo?! Apparently, the youngest of the trio is taking off for a 14-city solo tour with his “Administration” this January. Added onto that is a projected album release Feb. 2. Will this be the end of the JoBros as a group? We’ll have to wait ’til 2010 to find out!

March 2009: Another Shot at High School We heard rumor about a HSM 4! After the success of the first three movies, we were pumped to hear that a fourth edition will possibly grace the screen in 2010, with a fresh cast. Will the fourth do the previous trio justice? All we gotta say is, “What team? WILDCATS!”
