Matcha is a finely ground powder made from green tea leaves, traditionally consumed in East Asia. Culinary-grade matcha powder is widely available online as well as in stores, and it's often used in drinks and incorporated in tons of baking recipes. If you're attracted to the health benefits and unique taste of matcha, here are five recipes (from drinks to desserts) that you need to add to your cookbook!

Iced matcha latte
