5 new workouts to glow up your routine
Yes, we know how boring working out can get. Cardio and mini-weight routines can get *so* tiring. If you're looking to spice up your workouts, you've come to the right place. (Bc we don't want to keep working out basic.) Get ready to show up for yourself and glow up your routine. Read on for our list of five unique workouts you should try.
1. Kickboxing class? Yes, pls
Want to feel like Gigi Hadid? We totally recommend a kickboxing class. You'll barely realize how good of a workout you're getting. If you don't want to go alone, bring your besties! We guarantee a fun time, and you'll feel like a total boss afterward.
2. Goats + yoga = best time ever
Do we even need to say more? Nothing is better than goats, except maybe goat yoga. Whether you do it once or it becomes a new fave activity, not many people can say they've done this.
3. Take a dance class (even if you're a beginner)
Dancing is always a fun workout. If you're a seasoned pro or a total newbie, a dance class is something to think about when looking for a new, fit-friendly to spice things up. You could go to a ballet class, Zumba lesson or even something like flamenco dancing. Plus, you can wear a cute outfit.
4. A dip in the pool...go swimming
If you didn't like swimming for P.E. at school, don't let it turn you off to swimming forever. Throw on your favorite suit and hit the pool deck. We won't lie, lap-swimming can be an intense workout but *totally* worth it. Just make sure you have a hot shower and a good snack waiting for you afterward.
5. Back to basics with jump-roping
Who says jump roping is only for little kids? It is such a fantastic cardio workout. You could do it listening to music, watching a new show or with your friends. And don't feel any pressure to do it for a straight 20 minutes. Take lots of breaks. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
