My brother vapes, and I tell him not to...but he won't listen.

Dear Vaping Brother,
I'm glad you know that vaping is a terrible idea. Don't nag your brother constantly, but do keep letting him know that you love him and wish you could help him kick this habit. Will he listen to you? I don't know. It will be up to him if he wants to quit vaping (or seek out support to quit), and I hope he chooses to. Many people have quit successfully.
