Look GREAT...in Gym Class!

Gym class can be a great break in the middle of the day. You can forget about that test next period and spend time with your buds!  And who doesn’t love to focus all that girl power on getting active, working up a sweat and winning the game?

But that’s the problem—it’s in the middle of the day.  Afterwards, you still have to get back to your formerly cute outfit and sit in class. Ugh, sooo unfair!
Here are some ways to keep things fresh and pretty, even during and after gym. Now, go show off those sporty skills.

From the Inside Out
Make sure your water bottle is full to stay hydrated before, during and after class. It’ll keep your skin clear and glowing, plus it'll help ya think faster. You’ll be fresh-faced and awake for the rest of your day.

Goodbye, Sweat.
Throwing those sweaty clothes into your locker after class can trap moisture and smell less than sweet. So, lock up a box of baking soda in there. It will absorb odors while making sure your clothes don’t smell like air freshener—or worse!

Bold Moves
Being an athlete for a little while doesn’t mean abandoning your style! Bring some color to the court, field and track with these bright pants. Pair with a plain black tank top and you’re ready for action.

Happy Hair
Don’t get thrown off your game by frizz or sweat: use a cute but sporty headband to keep that hair out of your face in style!  Here’s GL fave.  It’s soft and stretchy, with a sweet color to make it special.

A Breath of Fresh Air
After running all around for an hour, you might feel a little less than fresh. Before ya leave the locker room, spritz yourself with a mist of rose, sparkling citrus, honeysuckle and plum. Channel the fresh air of springtime to refresh your overheated skin.

Stay Dry
P.E. can make ya perspire for the rest of the day. For girls who seriously sweat, applying a clinical-strength antiperspirant ensures you stay dry, even if you’ve just kicked butt at kickball.
