First impression depression
So I was at the bowling alley with my best friend and her boyfriend. It was actually the first time that I'd met him, so I felt kind of awkward around him. Anyway, knowing that I have pudgy fingers, I chose a ball that had big finger holes (apparently not big enough). When my turn came up, I ran forward and I tried to throw the ball down the lane like a normal person would. But my fingers got stuck in the ball, so all the force I had put into throwing the ball had back fired! My hand, still attached to the bowling ball, flew up in the air and threw me off balance and I was sent flying backwards onto my butt. I caused such a riot, everybody in the bowling alley was staring at me. To make matters worse, my friend was laughing hysterically too!
