Eat Right

Get inspired by the entire globe!

Right now, I'm totally diggin' foods that come from all around the world.
Normally, I eat what could probably be considered a "Mediterranean diet," which means lots of fruits and veggies, healthy fats, beans and not much meat. And even though that's a pretty healthy way to bite, I'm ready to add some spice.

What sorts of foods do you girls nosh normally? Growing up, we ate a lot of pasta in my house (hey, my last name is Abbondanza!), but now my fam and I eat way more salads, grilled foods and vegetarian dishes.

With the weather being so nice lately, I've been making more trips to the farmers market, where they always have tons and tons of interesting eats. Whether it's falafel topped with tons of veggies or a mini empanada with an apple on the side, you can bet I'll be trying it out.

Are you girls lucky enough to live near any cool markets? It's a little funny to eat, say, pad thai for breakfast but it's great to take a break from the norm!
