Quick and Easy Workouts: Racquetball

No matter how busy my schedule gets, I always make time for a quick workout! Exercising has become an important part of my day and I totally look forward to breakin’ a (glamorous) sweat and huffin’ and puffin’ at the end of a 40 minute session.
 
I def get bored easily and I totally got tired of the same old running routine. Sure, I tried adding some sit ups here and some jumping jacks there, but I knew I needed a change in pace!
 
The perfect solution? Racquetball.
 
A friend and I decided to try this tennis-like sport out at the gym. It was my first time playing and although I wasn’t sure of all the rules, I had so much fun. Racquetball requires you to run back and forth to hit the ball against the walls while only letting the ball hit the ground once. It was super challenging but def worth some time at the gym!
 
I got the perfect workout AND got to say bye-bye to tons of cals. Woo hoo!
