The Side Effects of Super-Fatty Foods

 
A recent study reported on Boston.com showed that an increasing number of teenagers have elevated cholesterol levels. This can lead to heart disease later in life—eek!
The crazy part? Even some teens who had normal weights had high cholesterol.
 
If heart disease runs in your fam, or if you are inactive or overweight you should talk to your doc about cholesterol.
Making your lifestyle healthier (by exercising, eating fruits and veggies and avoiding super-fatty foods) can help lower cholesterol, too.
