Don't Be Alarmed
One of the toughest things about transitioning from summer to fall is giving up those sweet summer sleep-ins. Before you head back to school, try to set your bod back to the normal school sleep schedule. Go to bed early and alert your alarm for early bird wake-up calls. It takes about two weeks to get your body used to a new sleep routine, so by the time you’re ready to retire beach books for textbooks you’ll be rearing to go. No hazy first day fumbles for you!
