Curtis Cooke's broccoli soup

Hate veggies? This soup makes eating green *so* delicious. 

Ingredients:

For the soup:

- 8 broccoli stalks

- 1 yellow onion sliced

-1 bay leaf

-6 black peppercorns

-3 quarts water

For the parmesan crisp:

- 1 cup parmesan grated

Directions:

For the soup:

1. In a large pot, add all of the ingredients. 

2. Let simmer for 45 minutes.

3. Strain and let chill. 

For the parmesan crisp:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

2. Spread the grated parmesan, thinly, on a baking sheet. 

3.  Bake for 5 minutes or until parmesan is bubbly and golden brown.
