Summer has ended and the new school year is here, which means lot's of assignments, studying and tests. If you're looking for that extra pep to your step and need to re-charge your brain, we've rounded up some of the best foods that will help you focus and ace that unexpected pop-quiz!

    This yummy fruit is packed with good fats that help with concetration and also help develop the brain. Put slices of avocados over a salad or eat it by itself with some salt and pepper!

    Yes, you heard right. Chocolate helps improve your memory. Next time you're in the candy aisle pick dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
