In honor of Women’s History Month, President Obama ordered the first report on the status of American women since Eleanor Roosevelt was in the White House. Here are some interesting tidbits…

Did you know…

Girls are more likely than boys to experience “electronic bullying.” With all of the horrific reports about cyberbullying, we’re worried but not surprised.

On average, women still make less than men. Think 80 cents to every dollar a man takes home.

…But before they marry or have children, young, single women tend to make more money than their male counterparts. Who would’ve thought?

Women do better in school and undertake more rigorous courses—like Advanced Placement classes—than men in high school.
