Plain ballpoint pen
Colorful pipe cleaner
Colorful feathers
Scotch tape

1. Tape the feathers around the top of the pen.
2. Wrap the pipe cleaner around the Scotch tape so the tape doesn't show. Keep wrapping until you reach the bottom. If the pipe cleaner is too short, use another pipe cleaner of any color.
3. Once you've reached the bottom of the pen, wrap the pipe cleaner around the base like you did at the beginning.
