The workout every lazy girl can do before bed

Do you sometimes find yourself not having time to workout during the day? With your jam-packed sched, by the time you're ready for bed, you realize that you're tired and you didn't get your workout in. Again. But there are quick and effective exercise routines you can do before bed, like the one below. Not only will it help you get a better night's sleep, but it will also boost your metabolism. And the best part is you don't need to go to the gym for can do it right in your room.

25 jumping jacks

10 squats

15 situps/crunches

5 pushups

30 second plank

Repeat 2-3 times for a full bod workout. You can also up the challenge by adding one more rep each day for 30 days. And don't forget to stretch
