“Blue eye shadow can be tricky but also look beautiful on everyone,” says beauty genius Bobbi Brown. “Dark blue eye shadows, like denim for example, look beautiful when used as an eyeliner instead of a shadow.” Use a tiny brush to swipe the shadow just along your lash line. How gorgeous, girl.
